Bookings and confirmation
Bookings and confirmation
Bookings are arranged by direct message, email or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when Aurora del Sud has confirmed the dates, services, number of guests and price in writing. You are responsible for checking that the confirmation is correct and for providing accurate contact and guest information.

Prices and payment
Prices and payment
The price communicated in your booking confirmation applies to your stay and any agreed meals, rides or excursions. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full after the stay, at checkout. Any additional services requested during the stay will be added to the final amount.

Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation and no-show
You may cancel without charge up to one month before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received less than one month before arrival, and failure to arrive without cancellation, are charged at the full confirmed booking price. Cancellations must be sent by email or WhatsApp and are effective when received by Aurora del Sud.

Changes by the guest

Requests to change dates, guest numbers or booked activities are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Aurora del Sud. A change may affect the price. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, the original booking and cancellation terms continue to apply.

Guests must treat the property, rooms, furnishings, animals and surrounding land with care. Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence by themselves or members of their party. Smoking is permitted only where expressly allowed. Reasonable house rules and safety instructions provided during the stay must be followed.

Horse riding and excursions
Horse riding and excursions
Horse riding and outdoor excursions involve inherent risks and may take place on uneven terrain and in changing weather. Guests must follow all instructions from Aurora del Sud and its guides, wear any required safety equipment and provide honest information about riding experience, health, mobility and other relevant limitations. Participation may be refused or stopped when reasonably necessary for the safety or welfare of a guest, guide or animal.
Horse riding and outdoor excursions involve inherent risks and may take place on uneven terrain and in changing weather. Guests must follow all instructions from Aurora del Sud and its guides, wear any required safety equipment and provide honest information about riding experience, health, mobility and other relevant limitations. Routes, timings, horses and activities may be changed, postponed or cancelled when required by weather, trail conditions, animal welfare, safety concerns or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will offer a reasonable alternative where possible. If Aurora del Sud cancels a separately priced activity and no suitable alternative is accepted, the amount paid for that activity will not be charged or will be refunded.

Guests must tell us about allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements before arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, but our kitchen handles a range of ingredients and cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergens. Guests remain responsible for deciding whether food is suitable for them.

Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, neighbours and animals. Illegal, dangerous, abusive or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in an activity being stopped or a guest being asked to leave. No refund is due where services are ended because of the guest’s serious misconduct or refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Aurora del Sud is responsible for providing confirmed services with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Aurora del Sud is not responsible for loss caused by a guest’s failure to follow instructions, undisclosed health or experience limitations, personal belongings left unattended, or events outside our reasonable control.
